I love my table👌🏼🥰
The roasties take ages but I just peel and
cube them, I don't pre boil them, I
put them on a tray with a layer of
oil on, I start them off on roughly
160/170 for 30 minutes then once
you can see the bottoms turning
golden and crisping up turn them
over and do the same, just keep
repeating this, I started reducing
the time the more colour they get,
it took roughly 1 & a half hours in
total but everyone's oven is
different, best to keep checking
and turning them so they don't
burn, slow and steady gives them
time to soften and not burn, I
