I hope you are doing well.
I am enjoying my time here in Canada however there are times when i am at my lowest as well. I generally don’t record the times when i feel low but I thought it’s important to address things like this. Not everything is happy happy always. Things get messed up, people get messed up. You might feel like you’re trapped and might feel like giving up but that’s just life. Moments later, you’ll find yourself bringing up! You might cry, you might feel lost but never give up. There’s always a way out and its okay to not be okay. Remember that always okay?
Especially, to all the people who are living alone, far from there family and friends you guys are strong and you can overcome anything!
Just keep going and you’ll make it through!

Hi Shreya, I came across your video through youtube suggestion. Am sorry you are feeling low...adjusting to life in North America can be very challenging when you have left your family behind. So since you will need to build a new family here in Canada, you will need to find friends that share your family values and those who make good important choices in life, especially in academics. they say you become the person you are with the people you hang out with...so make good choices. Assignments/exams require starting early asap so make sure you plan that as the first activity of your day. I also found looking for projects with your professors will help you immensely. Regards.

Yes, of course, you can do it Shreya, you are really working in a good way, just be brave, things would be fine and normal soon, once you get used to the atmosphere around you. I suggest try to make some new friends, try to expand your friend circle, someone staying near by your house 🏠
Don't worry shreya about breakdown and stuff. Just focus why you are there today to finish up what you have started your studies. Get good grades and step in the corporate world. There is whole new world waiting for you there . Goodluck with your life. God bless you. 🙌

Canada is depressive in all ways. No social life . I was there in Brampton on work permit was living in South Avenue Brampton towers and i know these hardships. Nothing like India good weather , good food what not ..
