When I started my journey to discover Matcha and Japanese teas, I had mainly websites with pictures and descriptions that I could choose from.
Unfortunately, a picture and a simple description is not really helpful to find the perfect Matcha.
So I came up with the idea to start a season with 15 episodes. I will go deep into the products we are selling at our tea house and on our website.

In this episode, I am introducing you to Shogyokuen's Izumi No Shiro. This amazing Matcha is our basic Ceremonial Grade and is perfect for beginners.
You can use Izumi No Shiro for Usucha, the classic variety of thin Matcha, but you can also make wonderful Matcha Latte or i.e. an Iced Usucha.
