Great video! It’s amazing how skilled the captains are in those tight squeezes! I’m looking forward to your videos coming in the off-season. Thanks so much!
Good morning Nigel , I spent a lot of time working at Port Weller dry docks , I was really cool being able to walk under the ships in dry dock , propellers are huge , you may be able to get special permission to visit , that would make an awesome video

That has crossed my mind, about reaching out to a few companies to see if I could be able to visit and make a video.
I got together what pics I have on lock wall replacement in the winter , we'll get together for a coffee , what's the best way to contact you ?
In conjunction with the first comment you can also video the maintenance on the locks.
I have a plan of making a video when the Canal is drained and use the drone to capture some of the work being done.

How frequently does that happen?
January to March annually.
Lovely video again.
Where do you originate from? Accent is definitely England?? Not Canadian
Manchester, and 10 years in Cornwall UK
@NigelHay
Ah a Lancastrian like myself. I refuse to acknowledge Farnworth as being in Greater Manchester 😂
That ship looks beat up
I could be wrong, but I don't think lakers need pilots yet the salty's do
Ce " laker " a une triste allure et il manque véritablement d'entretien !!!
