Way too expensive. Atlanta prices so inflated its crazy. To be fair is the closest $/sqft that makes sense. Assuming you building at $200/sqft. Some other new builds be $125/sqft for 2000 sqft and sell at over a million smh
Atlanta home value increased a lot for the past 2 years or so, and will probably continue to increase in value, as many people are moving in from out of state, thus more demands. Moreover, location is the key, this home is situated right outside of Buckhead, about 5 mins drive to Lenox Square. 5500 sq feet with two patios and a pool in the backyard, it's priced right. In regards to how much profit budiler will bank from this is not for me to comment on. As always, thank you for watching and commenting, I really appreciated that.
