I just found a spot at the top of my head that's near the inside edge of the crown at the back. If you take your 2 ears and go straight up till they meet, it's around there. I don't know if I'm just extremely sensitive or something but rubbing around there I think hits a nerve? and just makes me smile and happy. Very strange, but amazing. I never knew head massages were a real thing besides maybe the temples near the eyes
