I remember when this first started Mint wasn't even sure she was going to continue in the VTubing space, and just having seen some of that joy coming back into her over the summer has been fantastic.

Can't believe we're finally at the end of this incredible experience. Feels like the first episode was only last week. A lot has come out of this silly little podcast and I am eternally grateful to be able to watch Maid Mint Fantome again after all these years.

Thanks again for the podcast, I’ve already gone back and listened to some older episodes again and it’s super nostalgic even now, so I know in a few years I’ll feel it even more. I didn’t end up formally making a summer list because my life was kind of in a lot of turmoil at the start in April and there’s some of that even now, but having this every week has helped me to get through the tough parts and really treasure the good things. I know if I had put all the things I thought of into a full list I’d have missed out on some plans, but I had other high points the would totally eclipse anything I could have planned for, no small thanks to y’all. I’ll keep on aiming for more good things and I’m sure they’ll come my way in their own time, and I hope the same for both of you. It’s been great to see you both grow through this and roll with the craziness, you’re both such incredible people. Hag summer might be coming to an end, but HAGS ARE FOREVER, and I’m so proud of you both and happy I got to cheer you on from start to finish! 💚🤍

Fun final episode. I ran my two full marathons in June! And a 1 hr 30 min half marathon in July. There’s plenty of great summer marathons/half marathons if you’re willing to travel. I also added Montana to my list of states I’ve ran full marathons in.
This podcast was really special to me because this is how I got introduced to Mint💚
Man.. 25 episodes... when I think about it, that's like half a year for one summer. Thank you both for everything. I'm just glad my summer vacation isn't like Roxas'. Looking forward to the future!
Thank you HAGS, it's been a very stressful year for me but being able to watch this podcast (even if I didn't make it to the premier) has been such a highlight that kept me going through that weird/stressful stuff and now, this will be something I'll always relate to the achievement of one long-term goal I accomplished back on june (I was working really hard towards that for almost 10 years and that was the biggest source of stress during the first 6 months of this year).
But anyways, as for the specific amazing memories I have from this podcast, what I will keep with me is both Mint's return along with the announcement of the podcast itself, which was such a cool detail AND Matara mentioning that she started playing Halo, which has been one of my favorite let's play series I've watched from a Vtuber so far Mata and Bricky are so damn hilarious in those and those streams had a beautiful timing regarding the critical moments of my project lmao
But as for actual core moments within the podcast, I have to mention:
- Whenever I was able to catch the premier and reading their messages alongside chat, those were really fun, I really liked that engagement with the audience.
- The Warhammer episode, which would be like the third time this year that i've witnessed someone talking about warhammer/wh40k and not understanding a thing. I'll take this as a sign for me to give more priority to get into the series (specially with that game that released recently which I've heard is pretty good)
- The simple action of looking forward to watch the next episode and watching it during the week (if I couldn't catch it on premier)
I think this podcast will stand as a reminder of some of the things I like the most about VTubing and how it has affected both Vtubers themselves as well as their communities, changes that can come, *experiences* which in the end are as relatable as one can make them in any given moment....
Anyways, I think I'm getting very random with my nonsense rambling (my mind is all over the place in this moment and I really can't articulate, just yap). Thank you for this podcast! It's been a really fun journey and I look forward to your future projects and possible (although kind of unlikely) special episodes!
For anyone wondering about a going to a Ren faire, if you are near the Pennsylvania area, their Ren faire usually runs into November since they also do Oktoberfest theme. Nice fall weather.

These past 6 months have definitely been a wild ride. I'm not gonna lie i always forgot that monday was a episode until I saw it on my feed and got exited LOL. The pod helped me so much to distract myself from certain things, it was nice to just sit there and listen to you two yap and forget about the rest. I am so glad to see you guys still going on with your careers and I am exited to keep supporting you with whatever you do from here on out. HAGS Forever!!!
Didn't really make a list, but here were some of the things I wanted to accomplish during the summer.
1. Finish a story/chapter and it's corresponding illustration that I had begun over a year ago - Accomplished
2. Get back into drumming on the regular - Accomplished with the help of getting a Quest 3 and playing along to the Guitar Hero drum tracks
3. Lose weight... - So-so... I maybe lost a few pounds (and still have so much I want to lose...)
4. Complete a new game (at least new to me, like MGS) - Technically, me and a few friends beat the Elden Ring DLC (but didn't beat all the bosses)
5. Become more productive so I can continue working on my vampire series - I managed to write some extra stories, but I failed in the aspect that I never released the next main chapter to my series (art is the only thing holding me back from releasing the chapter TwT)
6. Do some more reading - Accomplished. Finally got into finishing some community stories I had been reading, but also finished Vampire: The Masquerade's The Beast Within anthology book recently and working on the other World of Darkness novels
7. Work on my diabetes so I can finally have my bottom surgery for my transition - My A1C just cleared and now waiting on the doctors to contact me about when to have the surgery (and the three months of recovery..., and hopefully not fired from any of my jobs...)
8. Make a decision of making a Vtuber model and start streaming - Still undecided if I want to try and make my model myself or wait until I fixed my finances to commission a model and getting it rigged... And still undecided about streaming due to how introverted I am...
9. Learning more guitar/bass/piano - Started getting back into piano, learned a new song on my bass recently, but otherwise didn't really improve on my technique on any of those instruments.
The list was a little bigger than I imagined it would be lol Still impressive which goals I achieved and hopefully I'll be better at getting the other ones done
My favorite duo being able to banter all summer has been an incredible gift to me and I'm sure everyone! Thank you so much for taking on such a big project and nothing but love for the next adventures! HAGS

My list:
1. Run or bike outdoors and get ice cream (yes I shamelessly took Matara’s idea).
Failed
A different TH-camr I follow came up with a cool exercise goal and I decided to try that instead. Still haven’t finished it, but I’m working on it.
2. Have a barbecue
Success
It was small. But I still made hot dogs, brats, gnocchi, and baked apples on the grill.
3. Make three kinds of ice cream I haven’t made before.
Success
I don’t remember the first one but I made it back in spring. Then I recently made chocolate peanut butter ice cream and then mead ice cream (I bet Mata would like to try that one).
4. Find a local shop I’ve never visited.
Success
I’ve gone to a local restaurant and an ice cream shop for the first time in the past half year.
5. Sleep under the stars.
Failed
I know I technically still could do it, but 1. Too hot and 2. It’s better in areas away from cities and towns and I’m not sure I have the time to make a trip like that.
6. Go to sand dunes.
Success
We rode a dune buggy on family vacation.
7. Visit a water park.
Failed
Honestly, I lost interest in this one.
8. Have a board game night.
Success (maybe half a point)
I’ve had several nights of playing various card games with relatives.
9. Have a campfire.
Failed
And I’m actually kind of upset about this one. I love having fires but I just never really had the opportunity. It almost feels wrong for me to go a summer without having a campfire. I want smores!
10. Visit a nature preserve.
Success
Visited one on family vacation.
I think what I’ve learned from this list as well as other things I’ve tried to do this year is…I really need something else in life. I haven’t felt very fulfilled with a lot of these activities I’ve been trying despite my attempts to branch out to least a few new things.
Anyway, thanks for the podcast you two. Listening to your experiences has been an absolute delight. My favorite moment was probably Matara trying to convince Mint to reach out and collab with Henya. Mint is so adorable when she’s shy.

What a great summer indeed! I didn't write a detail list for summer but I accidentally hit a few of them. Went to a con in my hometown for the first time while cosplaying as a maid myself (think I unlocked something inside); meeting up with old friends and family. Surprisingly eventful looking back now.

I love the podcast so much! Was always looking forward to Monday. I saved all the Patreon episodes to get me through the winter.
I didn't make a summer list, but I crossed off many things I wanted to do that never made time for. I have always wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest, and I went to Portland in July, and just got back from a two week roadtrip in WA and Oregon. I have wanted to see Multnomah Falls for at least a decade now, and did that on my trip. A couple of years ago, I got a coworker based in Malaysia - and we always talked about food and I said that if I was ever within an hour of a Malaysian restaurant, I would go (accomplished that on my roadtrip )

I listened to the first one while working, and really enjoyed both of your personalities. I have now searched out some of your other stuff (like Mint's cover of Break Stuff is pure joy).

Sad to see it end, but happy to have been along for the ride, as they say.
Personally this summer I aimed to more steadily work on creative projects, including regular uploads here on TH-cam and a couple of other projects. I didn't get them all done but I have done a lot, which I'm happy about. I've made a few videos that were more complicated and have gotten better at editing and writing, so it feels like less of a way to go for the bigger ideas I have.
This podcast really was a heck of an undertaking, but you both deserve all the credit because you did a fantastic job. Each episode was great to listen to (even at work, don't tell my boss 👀 ) and it really didn't feel like it was your first time doing it, but I guess it's just going to show what great chemistry you guys have together. I couldn't even pick a favourite moment, because I enjoyed the whole thing.
Thanks for having a great summer with us, Mint and Matara and from looking back at where you were to where you are now, I wish both of you nothing but the best in all your future plans. HAGS!!! 💚💜

HAGS!! this might be a bit of a long comment so a warning in advance lmaoo, but i just wanted to express how much i enjoyed this podcast. the pod was something i looked forward to every week, and it always put a smile on my face and made me laugh even on the harder days.
my summer didn't exactly pan out how i thought it would but having the podcast as a constant was so comforting so thank you!! my favourite episodes would have to be when you were sick in Japan, because the slight cabin fever plus being in the same room made for a great dynamic, and the waifu's/husbandos tierlist, along with the patreon episode for that too, because hearing you talk about monster girls was very memorable.
i only ticked a few things off my list this summer, but i also ticked off going to a convention for the first time in years(!!) which isn't something i thought i would get to do. i also went on a picnic, went to go see a play, read lots more manga and finished persona 4 golden! and i finally started the metal gear series the other day - which is better late than never.
and like you were both saying, just because the summer is over, doesn't mean the list can't be completed!! thank you again for brightening my summer and giving me a reason to look forward to monday's :))
