How to Install Microsoft SQL Server and Connect it to Tableau in Simple Steps

Hi when I download in SSMS File it will not show it in install option show it in REPAIR UNINSTALL AND CLOSE OPTION

microsoft sql server is not showing in the connectors list in tableau , what should i do to get that , someone please help me with it
