I am probably like most of America in that I have not followed Minnesota football at all this year, nor ever seen their coach before. BUT wow, I am fired up after seeing and hearing him. Now that’s a coach, a motivator, a winner! I can see why the Gophers are where they are, unbelievable. Congrats Minnesota, I hope you win the Big 10, and beat another huge Big Boy in OSU, and get into the CFP!
I knew of him but the fact that he took Minnesota to this level was unprecedented even by him I think . I would of gave my kidney if you said Minnesota will be a playoff contender this year

This wasn't some spontaneous speech. Crowd surfing and diamond stuff is Fleck's thing. He's been doing it for a while with other organizations. This is Minnesota football though. We haven't won anything yet. Not even close. You survived a close game against a good team that had some key injuries. Do it again next week on the road and we can talk...That said, if Fleck is the real deal, I hope he coaches the Vikings some day and is crowd surfin' in his 50's. Row the ship Ragnar style!

He will be the first Coach of the Year to ever crowd surf. That's so cool. Fleck's your muscle coach. If Fleck isn't Coach of the Year, not sure there should be an award anymore. He can't recruit like the Big Time programs like Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Oklahoma, Georgia or even 2nd tier teams like Oregon, Wisconsin, Iowa,Texas, and Auburn. Does more with less talent and is a great motivator. I'm not saying this Gopher team isn't talented. They are. But it's not filled with 4 and 5 star recruits up and down it's line up. Yet, we stand undefeated.
We had a few 4 star recruits at the game from what I hear . Hopefully the game , the rushing of the field swayed acouple guys to Row The Boat at Minnesota ! Great win PJ !
