    It's really nice to have this Course. A lot of People never learnt proper communication, but you educate them (I also leanr here)

    Hope there's something about written/typed communication here. There's a lot of emailing, texting and commenting happening these days, and it probably won't be decreasing any time soon.
    You can message someone from nearly any part of the world, and they might have a different worldview and even if you speak the same language, they might use a significantly different set of vocabulary/slang.
    Add in the fact that there's no visual body language cues, and that's a recipe for miscommunication.
