I found out how i went in windows mode then pressed Tab + Shift, Or i just spammed Shift until the Sticky Keys popped up. I gave my self unlimited ammo for Wesker in the Mercinarie mode he starts with no ammo the rest was easy
God of Gaming Go into your "Settings" on resident evil 4 and then go to "Video Settings" and it should say some thing like "FullScreen Mode On" then just click to turn it off or on. That Should Do It, Please Tell Me If It Didn't Help :)
Edit the two bytes on the left of the ammo. A weapon's upgrade level can be hacked following some guidelines... assuming: "AB CD" A is firing speed B is firepower C is capacity D is reload speed. I you have doubt put everything to F
