Look how easy it is to move around with the AddSeat. You can easily push the shopping cart and brake quickly because of the sliding seat.

You can put the groseries in a bag and hang it behind you, in the lap or on the the handle bar. The center of the balance will most likely change due to this, but that can easily be handled by you changing your own center of balance by leaning the other way.

This woman ought to insist on a personal shopper assistant, to select the grocery items for her, and she the personal shopper can push the cart around the store and take them (and pass them over the scanner) to the cash register.
I tried what she's doing and it is just putting oneself too far out, when there are people paid especially to help folk with wheelchairs.
