Oil - 1 ts
Salt

Noodles - 1 pack
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 2 tb
Green chilli - 2
Cabbage - handful
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - small 1
Soya sauce - 1 tb spoon
Tomato ketchup - 2 tb spoon
Red chilli sauce - 2 tb spoon
Vinegar - 2 ts
Chilli powder - 1 ts
Garam masala - 1 ts
Noodles masala - 1 ts
Pepper - 1 ts
Salt to taste

Should not add oil in water. It will render the noodles unable to absorb the sauce very well later on. While you chew, you will feel the sauce slipping from the noodles. What should be done is boil the noodles then wash it in cold water. This will remove the starch and also make the noodles separate. Refer to Chinese noodle videos. They won't add oil in water.

Yes.. last time when i added oil in boiling water made the noodles non sticky. So it doesn't absorbed sauces later
@@kousalyaarivazhagan510 Yep. Pasta is different too. You never wash pasta or add oil to it either. You only wash one type of pasta for one dish only: Spaghetti when you make aioli (Galic slices + oil sauce). It makes me cringe when all these "chefs" add oil to boiling noodles/washed noodles when it should never be done.
