Before facing the Imperial Inquisitorius during the Imperial era, Ahsoka Tano fought and Destroyed 3 IG-100 Magnaguards not long into her tutelage under Anakin Skywalker (Droids specifically designed and equipped to fight toe to toe with Jedi). She has dueled with the likes of Assage Ventress (3 known Instances, also a renowned Jedi Killer capable of facing down Jedi Masters), General Grievous (2 known Instances, Renowned Jedi killer), Cato Parasitti (Disguised as Jocasta Nu, 1 Instance), Pre Vizla (1 Instance), Barris Offee (2 known Instances, 1 was under the control of a geonosian parasite and the other was when she had embraced the Darkside), and Former Sith Apprentice Darth Maul (Renowned Jedi killer capable of going toe to toe with Jedi Masters).
On the Inquisitors side you had a group of fallen Jedi whose ranks where predominantly comprised of former Jedi Initiates, Jedi Padawans, Lower Tier Jedi Knights, and with one exception a Jedi Master (Prosset Dibs or Tenth Brother who was killed by his purge troopers like many of his former peers had perished during operation Knightfall). As far as active dueling experience goes most Inquisitors would have either faced IG-100 Magnaguards during the course of the clone wars or fellow Jedi in saber sparring sessions in controlled environments, as Jedi who fought Maul, Savage Oppress, Assaj Ventress, Count Dooku, or General Grievous were few and those that lived to walk away from such encounter where even fewer. Further more the Inquisitors own training in the Darkside was stunted to keep their level of power in check; as far as training with a lightsaber training is concerned - one thing is made abundantly clear from analysing the saber styles employed by the likes of the 2nd Sister, 3rd Sister, 5th Brother, 6th Brother, 7th Sister, 8th Brother, and 9th Sister: They all are of an emotionally charged offensive focus, either relying on broad sweeping power strikes, or rapid blitz fast attacks, with the bulk of their defensive parries being quickly followed by swift counter strikes - they rarely pull back to analyze the situation or their opponents fighting techniques. The only exception to this rule seems to be the Grand Inquisitor who throughout his various duels with Former Jedi Padawan Caleb Dume actually let the Jedi opponent make the first move while tried to gain glimpse of their fighting medothology. Another thing to note is that the Inquisitors seem to suffer from the negative psychological traits inherent to the Darkside: Traits such as greed, pride, overconfidence, ambition, short sightedness, general sadism in which they take so much pleasure in the suffering of their targets to the point at which they intentionally prolong duels and by extension give opponent a chance to either defeat them or escape to learn, improve, and fight another day.
