Gusto koring magkaroon mg groceries .kya lang wlang puhunan may posto ako piro hindi nag click yung paninda kona kikay accessories.gusto ko sanang palitan sana matulongan ninyo ako.
Start small. Remember that couple na P100 lang ang pera. They start with just selling ice water. Yun P100 niya she bought plastics and sell ice then thatP100 becomes P300 then she started selling ice candy. Then from ice candy... she sells samalamig then halohalo... then the rest is history. But the secret of her success doesnt comes from ice water or anything that shes selling but from the dicipline and focus that she have. She NEVER SPEND the money that she makes. What ever she spend from the house comes from her husband's income. Whatever she makes in her business GOES BACK TO THE BUSINESS... para lumago. Now with her, they now own their own house, a car, and few businesses. Parang impossible pero POSSIBLE!!!
Regarding your puwesto... keep your kikay accessories there pero if you want to change it... dont buy any future inventories anymore. But before you change it, make a study first... ano ba ang mas click sa market? Simple start walking around that commercial place and observe. If they (leasing office) allow you to put a food service area why not turned it into one. Pero unti unti. Usually kasi per isle may specialty section. Pero sometimes they allowed some food stall. While youre trying to finish off your kikay inventory... why not sell coffee to your co-tindera and put a little sign of coffee in one corner. Then later... add some pastries... then bottled water... para sayo na sila bibili... then later the customers too. Then later you can convert it into a coffee shop or a little sit down eatery... not a carinderia but a one or two food product eatery. Like a burger joint, a taco shop, a boba area or lugawan whichever you think the customer will like. But the most important is KNOW HOW TO handle the finances... kung ano ang benta... ibabalik sa puhunan para lumago. You just pay yourself a certain % as an income for your hardwork, the rest sa business na. My rule of thumb: 10% - savings for future expansion
20% - rent and utilities
20% - payroll
50% - inventories..back to puhunan.

A lot of things to consider. First your decision depend on the location of your business. Its also depends on the size of your location. Kung malaki ang puwesto mo siguro nga mini mart is the best option... pero that needs a big capital. Kung malaki nga ang puwesto mo...maybe you can put a small stall infront of your puwesto and sell some food. Food lang ang usually doesnt required big capital.
