I love seeing the originals of these, there’s a fair few that came with a typhoon body kit from factory and you can get them online for a few hundred dollars they make the cars look a lot more aggressive and give it a better height too

Sounds like ass. More expensive than people make out to actually make power out of. Stupidly long and heavy. Numerous design oversights. Agree, blows the doors off any Holden V8, but I don't rate them either. At least a Holden V8 sounds good though.
@@AngryGermanGarage you comparing sound of 6 Cylinder Barra to V8 Holden. Everybody knows the V8 will sound good not 6 Cylinder. The Mustangs with Coyote Engines sounds but nobody compares Mustang to Camaro in Australia.
The modular was always meant to have a twin screw blower or sideslinger in my book, 4 cams 32 valves dictates that on this engine, Classic comments from most Holden guys lol and yes Ford were such tight arses that us Fans of the Falcons just go build it the way it should of been done in first place. My V3 powered BF absolutely satisfies me now with a conservative 337kw atw no intercooler no extractors so I could never warrant big money on those for 5-7kw gain lmao Just put 2 free flow mufflers on no balance pipe 😁 Nice work sounds fat
Legit the easiest car built to work on. Ever. Quickest car to fix anything on and the boss motors are not Barras no. But the 3v 5.4 is actually still called a barra

I used a cut down 6mm allen key with a small 6mm spanner and socket to do mine. Not easy but not the hardest job either. Good vid!
