- Hey y’all! I’m finally making a trip inside Lane Bryant to try on some fall things :) The closest one to me is an outlet store in the Foley Outlets (a little more than an hours drive). Should I grab the blue pullover and dress online?? Help!

I don't know how I missed this video. The blue dress...looks sooo pretty on you. My opinion is if you don't "feel" the fit, you won't wear it more than once. On another note, I love that you buy for fit regardless of size. I need that confidence!

Aghhhh this made me sooo sad. LB had been MY STORE for so long and now they’re all gone! I still place online orders and generally do well but there has been some recent quality issues that hadn’t been an issue before. My best advice for LB is BLAZERS and JACKETS. They have GREAT blazers that fit us plus girls just right. I like their undies too. I really miss just going in store and going nuts! 😂

I'm like you I don't like tight fitting tops. I like a comfy feel so a little baggy is better. The dress is cute on you but I'm just not sold on the color. I wish it were a lighter blue. Loved the blue zip sweater! Thank you for sharing Taren!

For the tall boots, you could add a thick pair of boot socks to fill some of the space. I’m not sure if your winters get cold enough for that…

You make all the clothes you try on look good and the way you style them is inspiring. I looked at the links for Lane Bryant and they are a little pricey and to be honest I personally favor the Old Navy clothes that were similar and their prices are more budget friendly.

Love the dress at the cheaper price and the blue zip (but I’d go a size up in that). I’ll bet those first two you tried on were at the outlet bc they ran super small.

I believe Torrid and Lane Bryant are sister stores. I was told that at my Lane Bryant store.
They are competitors. Loft and Lane Bryant are sister stores..owned by the same brand.
@@tamikal2281 I guess the store manager who was waiting on me must have had the information wrong then. She said they are sister stores that the same company owns both of them.
I totally get you when you say you size for fit and not size. I do the same thing. I like the blue sweater. I also like the orange one that was longer from another video. As far as the navy dress,I think its cute but not 90 dollars worth. So, with the sale price, it's a go. Always love your videos!

I love the sweaters on you, they were very pretty, that dress was just ok, but maybe it looked better in person. Your boots were wide in the calf but they still looked cute... they do have socks you can wear with boots if they are too wide (are those still in style, I have seen them at Maurices).
I don't know what it is, but LB has let me down lately. I feel like a lot of their things are starting to look "old" and fitted. I try and go for swing tees, but they can look frumpy. Their jeans, though...they are about the only ones that work on my bod! The mid rise is like high-rise on me so WIN! Dress is cute. The tops seemed short...but that's just my preference...and more fitted. If they show the rolls, I don't bite! LOL Thx for the video! We have one store left and it's on the complete opposite side of town..

They closed the store closest to me too! I'm concerned because while they are more expensive than other places I go to, they are usually higher quality and the place I go to for important stuff
Hi Taren, as for your brown boots that are a little loose at the calf, would you wear a boot topper? I think they're also called cuffs. Might get you through your apprehension of wearing them. Just a thought.💕

I quit going to Lane. I would do a huge purchase once or twice a year, and they kept cramming their credit card down my throat. I was done, plus I love Avenue and Torrid more.
