listening to this podcast while preparing dinner, you guys are In the zone. You are the Laurel & Hardy of storytelling, heck I can't wait for their story also! forget money, you are artists.

I also think it would be great if you all could upload all your past episodes to TH-cam. I see how popular it has been for JRE uploading all the past episodes from when he was on Spotify. Also following your write up in the WSJ. Love the show!

This was awesome to listen to part 1 and 2. I currently own a building in Indiana that used to be a standard oil service station and it’s been in my family quite some time!

You mentioned a doctrine. That made me think of the repeal if The Fairness Doctrine. I think you all would be good to bring this topic to light around Fox or a news conglomerate. No one ever discusses it, but it is the reason our news has degraded into what it is today. It would also be particularly interesting coming into the election.

Listening to this episode is the first time I realized all the talk around how to break up big tech is misguided. Don’t split it horizontally, split it down the middle. Make 3 or 4 direct competitors, not 3 or 4 businesses that are customers of each other. I image it’s much more complex, but I would rather 4 different companies all with their own TH-cams, search, & g-Suite, all vertically integrated operating under the same IP. Now watch them innovate and compete against each other to create new and unique IP. That seems to be what happened with Standard to unlock its full value.
