One of the biggest places where this happens is social media. Where people try to provoke and get you to react in a negative way. I am guilty of reacting in a negative way. Especially on social media, where we feel we must always save face, and can never back down. All it does is fill us with toxic feelings, and we ruminate on what was said. I appreciate this channel so much. I work night shifts and keep it on to keep me company, and help set a calming back drop for prayer in the long nights.
I've learned to not even bother doing that. Abusers have been told "stop" and "no" their whole lives by all their victims. You must accept they know exactly how annoying and toxic they are behaving and having you say 'no, stop' is the same as taking the bait: it feeds them because it is a reaction. Leave the situation, disengage, stay silent, give them nothing, pay them zero attention. Learn to value your peace above their wickedness and your ego's desire to defend itself. For you to defend yourself is akin to voluntarily stepping into the stink hole of mud they are forced to call home. They delight in seeing you get dirty.

I always have to watch my anger, I react to evil as most people do, with justifiable anger. But it's always best to be calm , be peaceful, be indifferent. It's so easy for anger to turn into rage without self control, or even worse for it to fester into hate if it is dwelt on and nurtured. Let it go and lose the hate.

It’s always at work, my friend when we are attacked the most because that’s where the Demons are in the workplace. Resist the devil resist him every time and he will flee if you’re being attacked a lot. It means you’re important to the Lord God. This is what I'm dealing with right now. Just became aware of multiple personalities from sra from parents and lifelong abuse and rejection. Mother is witch . Extreme anger and want revenge and made the awful mistake of saying things out loud giving satan a major door way and suffering major attacks. Spoke forgiveness out loud and meant it but have to be no contact with them
I always see people laughing at me and staring at me weirdly..sometimes saying rude things aloud in front of me..i don't understand why ive always kept to myself in life..its the worst in big crowds like a concert or in the airport, but i NEVER react because i know it will only bring a problem..i walk the narrow path of Jesus

Never be tempted to take revenge, people have killed other people by taking revenge or they’ve ended up in prison that means Satan has won. calmly walk away from thinking about revenge. When I was young I could’ve taken revenge on certain people who tried to destroy me but I walked away even though the devil was trying to tempt me every day do this do that, but I said no. Never give into that temptation.

I know this is true and right. I still have challenges in this area especially at work. I pray for new strength mercy and peace.
I always have to watch my anger, I react to evil as most people do, with justifiable anger. But it's always best to be calm , be peaceful, be indifferent. It's so easy for anger to turn into rage without self control, or even worse for it to fester into hate if it is dwelt on and nurtured. Let it go and lose the hate.

I'm certainly glad to hear these different messages. Since I've become a Christian that's is a believer in the trinity, my life's been getting so much better. I still have certain problems, but things makes sense. When I finally read my Bible, wow, did things ever get better. It was easy for me to love animals...and of course children as well.
