No disrespect to Jaiswal and Gill.
If I were them. I would focus more on Test and ODI.
Let people like Abhi,Rinku, Tilak, etc focus on T20's more.
I think that's the way forward for this team. There is too many good players waiting for an opportunity.
I would absolutely have separate teams for different formats.
Let the seniors focus on the Test cricket more and try to win that WTC.
There too many wicket keepers in the team as well.
Pant should focus on Test with Jurel.
KL for ODI's
Sanju for T20
It's time that BCCI and selectors do something different with the team.
Let players focus on one or two format.
This mixing and matching is not working for this team.
We don't want confused players representing India at the higher level.
Having different teams gives these players ample time to play domestic cricket as well.
BCCI should be looking at that direction.

Budding all rounders like Venky Iyer, Abhishek Sharma, Brar are not being allowed to flourish by blocking one side of their skill to protect Rohit, Kohli, Pandya, Jadeja.
Look at all other sides, the top four includes a keeper and at least one decent bowler.
Mark the date Ireland beat India in the opener.
Diasasters don't occur suddenly, they are curated over years.
Dravid a terribly poor senior coach, selectors in pockets of top players, and the BCCI looking more at Indian elections than T20 WC.
This will be India's WORST performance of any WC.
