These lyrics (see below) are of course inspired by the Prohibition Era in the 1920s in the States. Politicians enforced in 1920 the 18th Amendment to the U.S Constitution which banned the manufacture of alcohol!
During the so called Roaring Twenties people started making secret parties at speakeasies dancing lindy hop and charleston and the early jazz continued to evolve. Many have probably also read the famous Great Gatsby book that highlights the positivity of the decade and the freedom to dress, dance and play the music they wanted - which also gave the 20s the name «Jazz Age».
One of the symbols of the Roaring Twenties were the flappers: Young ladies exploring their freedom; smoking, drinking, dancing and dressing in ways the society deemed vulgar - and they started to vote!
This song is about fighting for your rights to be who you want to be and act the way you want to act. Even though the story is set in the Prohibition Era, the fight to express yourself and who you are is still important in todays society.

You guys have something different by others. The band is something incredible. The two singers have beautiful voices and it's great to hear them together. Beautiful visuals, good costumes, perfect presence on the stage. This music is so good! I love this mixed old/modern style! I wish we could have this kind of shows here where I live!
