What a first class film. Blackpool has been my favorite place for 40 years. Nearly fell off my chair when the dog was walking to Yakity Sax. That was so funny. Priceless video, Thank you very much for posting.

You have done a great honour and justice to the leisure and entertainment venue that Blackpool has to offer, not just England but the whole world. The two beautiful dogs were also of Great significance pertaining to the entertainment value of this concise but most informative short film. Loved the dog. Thank you for posting this and reminding us all of just how nostalgic this Lancashire resort can still be.

Some fabulous footage. Your dogs are so cute. What breed are they? I seriously would like to get one, when I am in a position to get a dog again (working hours reduced). I know Blackpool has a marmite appeal to it now. Does not every town have it's problems? Blackpool deserves recognition, many entertainment celebrity's started off their careers here, the vintage ballroom in the tower, an excellent pleasure beach. There is something to do for everyone here. You show it at it's best!

Love the dog running along at point 8.14. I wish I had it's energy. I notice that by point 9.00 it's got a lovely warm red jumper on. By point 13.30 the dog has taken it's jumper off again. By the way, does anyone know where I can catch the number 12 bus ?
It is clean now but too much rough uns about and yobs hanging around front trying to trick you into parting with money. Losing Binns and Lewis's department stores was a huge loss that Blackpool has never recover from
The bins were constantly overflowing when i was there a couple of years ago. Used to be good but it has sunk like the Titanic. One of the guy's on a stall was drinking a can of lager on one of the pier's.
Takes me back more than 60 years. Well done, you have captured the soul of Blackpool well, especially those two little pop up stars!!
