If you are over 5 ft 10, try putting your hands in the kitchen sink without hitting your head on the overhead cabinet. I have long arms, but not long enough. Also the shelf under the sink makes removing the trap impossible. Silly design mistakes for an otherwise excellent design.
@@BeesAdventures I sold ours when we moved out to Hawaii. We are stationed out here for a few years. When we get back we will probably look for a toy hauler trailer. Mahalo!
@@BeesAdventures Oh k, thank you, I really appreciate it. I'm still trying to make my choice before I pick one up this weekend. It's either gonna be the j co f k or the grand design, imagine r k
I still see a trailer that has to be torn down and caulking every from top down, after 60 years of building can't do it right, take a look at bang boxes have flange to allow water behind it and exposed plywood, every screw is a leak cap around out has plastic flange to hide so directs it under Neath where screws are and wonder why we have with in 5 years, still pull trailer with half ton,All add ons on pickup decrease load capacity want a crew cab take a look at how much you lose in capacity

Always good to know some of these things. I would have never thought of that.
Nice layout! Perfect for when the kids move out!
I really like this layout too. I have seen similar layouts from other manufactures too. Do you have an RV already? We still have not got one yet.

Eventually, I would love to get the Momentum 397TH-R. Are you active military?
I wonder how small that shower is. I’m 6’ with some pretty wide shoulders. Can’t stand being bound up in a tiny shower.
Does a front kitchen create a heavier tongue weight?
This is a great floorplan
Yes, the front kitchen do tend to make the hitch weight heavier than yout typical front bedroom
Do thay have any older models with this same floor plan??
I believe Jayco has this floorplan back to 2018. I think is was the 25FK

@@mikeandre9027 I like both of those!
@@BeesAdventures YES
need king bed
I think you can get this with a king bed. The slide out is big enough for it!
