That's what deceased souls are tolded of an assignment they had to go thru to grow and learn from their crisis circumstances. I don't know what Jesus Christ is doing but, I don't like being born in this body of pain. Surely there are higher dimensions that a soul can escape too thru reading the all the Emerald Tablets. I read how He escaped millions of years being reincarnating over and over again back to Earth. Until Thoth learn all the secrets from Higher Beings who escaped the false light of love. That keeps recycling most deceased souls back to earth.

Seldom have I heard so much sense in one of these videos. This guy knows the truth and I wholeheartedly agree. For some reason, though we do not see it, we have asked to go through this life, full of possibly horrible experiences, in order to learn something greater that we just cannot see while we are here.
I’ve experienced depression in the past and used a similar approach to getting out of it. I just asked God for help. I was astounded when I heard, “practice gratitude”. These past few years, I have been happy/content, but I am mired in anxiety (about personal finances, about security for the future, about the turmoil in America, about the threat of war here at home and around the world). My physical behavior is similar to how I was when I was depressed all those years ago-immobilized. I need to get up off the couch. I need to take one step at a time to become engaged with life and my future again.
He does a brilliant job at breaking down how we can help ourselves get out of difiicult situations. I know what you mean about anxiety, the best tools that Zach shared and I used whenever I feel anxious are: 1. Think of a feeling that's a bit higher than the one you're currently experience. Try to move one step up the ladder in terms of feeling 2. Find a way to be helpful to others. It doesn't have to be volunteering, but can be helping an elderly neighbour with their groceries, or using your skills to help somebody Hope this helps! I appreciate you sharing your story x
