I do too, it's like when I'm scanning channels and hit antique roadshow I'll sit there and watch it for hours when I had no interest or thought of it Goin in. But I like guns WAYYY MORE
The Kent Hunt engraved J. Purdy & Sons 28 Bore Sidelock Shotgun is definitely the most beautifully engraved, over color case hardened steel example, I have ever seen.
Thank you, I was really hoping for over a $million for the Custer Battle Field Colt with it’s story and all. A true piece of American History. A once in a life time find.
1:30 nice shotgun and nice factory engraved Winchester model 1886 4:56 but the prices are insanely high Although Americans value these weapons differently, for them they are historical pieces
Almost $800,000 for a original Winchester rifle. Christ I been in the wrong profession all these years I should have taken up antique firearms auctioneering. 😆🤣 I love the kind of video especially with Ian
$223,000 on an old gun with a brass frame? They could have bought 2,000 ARs for that much money and the AR is a better design then a brass frame levergun. Brass is an inferior metal co mpares to today's alloy steels and aluminum's.
Andy, it's apparent that this channel is not for you. You don't see the historical value in these firearms. * I'm sure that if you were to find out how much money a Winchester model 1886, serial number # 1, a rifle presented to an Army officer for the capture of an old indian (🤣🤣) brought at auction, you'd be banging your head against the fender of a Ford F250. Hmmmmmmmmm 🤔 all the beer and scratch off tickets you could've bought for that money.
Historic pieces - hopefully in the hands of true collectors now, to be passed on to future generations of
collectors who cherish history!
I think I gasped aloud at the Grant pair. Wow.
Simply out of this world mind boggling historical works of art! Rock Island Auction rocks!!!!
I really enjoy the videos that show the selling price.

Wow that Colt Walker went CRAZY!!!! Half million omg!!
I thought the Custer Colt would top a million dollars. This was an outstanding video.
Love em all a nice piece of history Thank you Stay Safe 🙏🙏

$5,170,000. Incredible.

Thank you! The videos before the sale are awesome! And the videos like this after the sale are even better!!! Thanks
RIA ~ Bravo 👏 !!! Congratulations.

Absolutely exquisite🍸
Amazing the Grant Remingtons went for so much more than the Walker and Custer SAA. That's what happens at auctions.
Wow!

Thanks for your support of the C&Rsenal TH-cam channel!
I figured the lil bighorn colt would brung 1million plus.
What's so special about the COLT 1911 and M-16 to bring so much money?
I guessed the Grant revolvers at 1.5 M. Wrong.
I would be a terrible collector.
I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from polishing the brass on that Henry rifle!😢
(Plus, I would shoot them all)
This made me realize I am not interested in auctions at all.
It ceases to amaze me that what the rich will pay.

Old and uncommon guns can fetch a pretty penny. Unlike your "2,000 ARs" you can't find these guns for a dime a dozen
I think you have a misunderstanding about how rare and old that rifle is
