John C Campbell Folk School fall festival 2022

Appalachian mountain festivals are in season. Always more things to do than time available. This folk school is a big part of Brasstown and their fall festival was a good one .

Have y’all ever been to Hart Square near Hickory? Very neat place, but you have to do some homework to get tickets. They try to limit the number of guests, so buying tickets for the Living History Festival months in advance is HIGHLY recommended! It’s typically in late October. It’s not widely known, but that’s partially by design! It is off the chart cool if you love this kind of stuff! I’m not sure where y’all are in our NC mountains, but it’s worth the drive!

Hey Tom, thanks for the tip . Haven’t heard of Hart Square until now, sounds like fun. We are in Warne which is near Hayesville .
