    I have been having such horrible pain from the back of my buttock down my hamstring and to the side of my knee. There hasn't been a day in about a month or two that I haven't been in pain and I had NO idea what was causing such pain. I even had pain in my leg from sitting. I thoughtt I was going nuts because I walk every and never attributed it to having a weak tush. This has given me so much hope to rid of this pain in the butt once and for all! Thank you!

    Hello Dr. Kristie, I am so happy to find your channel! Im am 53 and I was nearly 30 years very sporty. Unfortunately my piriformis is my personal enemy. I am doing special exercises 3 times a day and I have good times and bad times with my back. Since 5 years I was'nt painfree. My spine is okay, so y doctor said. It "only" the muscles. Also my shoulder, my neck, my knees are painful from time to time. To find your channel is a little wonder for me. Thank you so much! I will do your exercise and hope it will helps me. Big hug from Germany!

    OMG i have all these symptoms and it was leg raises and squats that caused a flare-up. Thank you for such an informative video. Would it be possible to do a single video that covers most common problem areas in people so that we dont have to search individual things when we're in a rush to get to work in the morning?

    • @drkristieennis

    Question: It’s fairy common to have at least one lady in a Pilates class who complains of hip joint pain ( right at the joint, not on the iliac crest) when lying on the back with feet extended toward the ceiling AND while doing those small foot/leg circles. Might this be caused by weak med. glutes? Or could it perhaps be weaker adductors compared to abductors? I’m combing your videos but I haven’t found that specific problem yet. Loving ( and sharing) your videos. Thanks for the specific information.

    • @drkristieennis
      @drkristieennis  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! I often see lower abdominal weakness as the cause here. They aren’t kicking in so the hip flexors so.

    • @vicbaker8367
      @vicbaker8367 3 ปีที่แล้ว
