This is great!!! I've been doing this exact same double golf move for over a year now as a warm up before climbing, because it does in part mimic the drop knee move and torso twist in climbing, plus it's a great shoulder warm up.
I'm turning as much as I can, shifting weight to front foot, and trying to get my head out of the way ... but am still hitting myself in the face every single time which makes practicing this very punishing, any tips? anyone else having this problem?
Oo yes, looking forward to giving this a go! Thanks for the detail, Tim 🤟
Always thought this was cool when alpaca flow did it. Thanks for breaking it down

Same with me! I know iit’s in there
That's exactly what I started doing the other day!
That is what i love about rope flow: it simulates movement of other sports ... very nice practice!
very cool, please make more videos!
Niicee kinda been expecting this one
Self taught 5 hcp swung a yard of thick rope for tears but only like a golf swing But if i could do these moves maybe i will get down to scratch!
Looks pretty cool. I'm gonna try it out. What diameter is that rope, btw?
So curious to hear from golfers about this move
Will this be shown in the London workshop? 😃
Sure! Which level are you coming to?
@Tims_Gym level 2! I doubt it we would be shown this then 😆
It would fit there so we could do it 👍🏼

I can’t get the circle behind the back to reverse to connect the pattern. I need to tape myself and compare. I might be slicing my golf swing.
Holy smokes think you can develop patterns for a baseball swing. Of course you could do cricket first since you are on that side of the pond. :)
