Why don't u speak in English, it will reach large community.
I just realised that, the perks he mentioned is no where close to what Autodesk is providing to their employees. Also most of the perks he mentioned are basic necessities and even the smallest startup in Kormangala is providing the same.
So look for the quality work rather than these perks.
But if only IIT then good job

Definitely agree with your points Suryansh, I will also be joining Autodesk soon as a SDE-2 and in awe of the benefits the company is providing (as compared to many other companies and even my current one). It's more important to choose quality work for learning & growth, as most top companies provide good compensation, benefits and WLB anyways aside from a few exceptions.
Can you elaborate on the top benefits they are providing?

I am working in infosys from last 5+ year, but lot i got is more responsibilities. There no increase in salary i started at 2.5lpa and right now it's now 4.17lpa.
And only support project so i am not learning any knowledge. I am looking an opportunity make a change in my career.
