This is the first time I ever listened to an interview of Marc and he's quite a bit more pleasant dan I would have expected based on a lot of the general hatred I hear about him and Salesforce. This was a great lesson!
Great reminder to get back to meditation and beginner's mind! Especially loved insight into what agents will be able to do for healthcare providers. I've never understood why my partner who is a proceduralist has to wake up at 1am and answer patient phone calls about tolerating a colonoscopy prep drink. An agent can help talk patients through all these things so physicians can rest for the big shows.
Lenny, las mañanas de domingo se están volviendo mi momento favorito de la semana gracias a ti y tus invitados. Eres uno de los filósofos más generosos de nuestro tiempo. Abrazo fuerte kiddo!
Fantastic interview!! I think you brought out the best in Marc (including gems on optimism, the future, AI, marketing new product, kaizen, shoshin... & riding the entrepreneurial rollercoaster). Thanks!!
Way cool!!! These guys remind me of the Jettsons cartoon. Rosie the robot, or Will Robinson when I was a kid. AI helper agent. Playing the clarinet, actually the owner knows that you can’t drop the ball on any of those critical areas.
@@LennysPodcast Sridhar is a great leader and founder of one of the most successful SaaS companies. However, his approach has been quite different from the other CEOs - no IPO, returning/ staying back in India. Would love to hear his thoughts on AI and the future of SaaS.
Marc just needs PR. And fast. He needs to sell AI agents because Salesforce is becoming more and more irrelevant. It can't really compete in the new AI enabled reality. So, Marc jumps out of his pants to portray Salesforce as a leader in AI to keep his clients not to leave for Microsoft. That's why there are so many of his absolutely empty fluff interviews that he really tells zero useful, interesting, or actionable information-and, BTW, often mentions that Microsoft's copilot is a bad product. He did it for himself, not for this podcast.
@@MichaelBabichhey that's an interesting comment, what makes you say Salesforce is becoming more and more irrelevant and that it cannot compete in the AI reality?
Valuable knowledge and loads on energy from Marc.
Absolutely love the vibes in this. Marcs a lot more animated in this one than before

Great podcast. Self-improvement and continuous learning is the only way-especially in the age of AI (AGI)

Say more! Why is that, and what would you love to learn from Sridhar?
