Are there any more possible traps in there? I could see the chickens attack, 2-3 red guards popping out, maybe a swarm of deadrocks? And you get like a 5% chance (or so) for each, adding up to maybe 20-25% of crap items that are traps? That could be awesome and keep you guys on your toes! :P Heck I'd definitely play that!!
I might be mistaken, but it appears that there is some form of Pottery Lottery going on as well, but not mentioned in the description, considering you found keys and a bottle (and flippers and 1/2 magic and a bow) under pots and you have almost 1100 checks.

Would a duplicate game mode be possible? For multiworld any item someone gets the other players also get? or something like that.. Ehhh.. now that i think about it, ehhhh... mmmm... nevermind :/
Wouldn't there be 24 pieces? You get 11 full hearts. 1 from sanc, 3 from light world dungeons and 7 from dark world dungeons. That would give you 14 hearts. Leaving 24 pieces to get to 20 hearts

They should multi-world the dungeon prizes too. The bomb shop could let you know it's locked until Fouton clears his Thief and PoD.
Only issue with that is the chance of disproportionate prizes, like one person getting all 6 pendants vs other getting 10 crystals
