probably my favorite festive yet, the team really outdid themselves

This is a masterpiece. Thank you so much for reading all the dialogue, Andy! I was actually crying for some of the better lines throughout this.
I'm genuinely disappointed that the Ice Rod wasn't locked in the Skull Woods big chest, just because that would have made pedestal required which would be *hilarious*.
I liked the maiden blacksmiths in the ending, that was unexpected.
Having enemy and wall speed randomizers is amusing, having those rearranged dungeon rooms was a hoot.
Other "please no" randomizer settings could include the offset of Link's hitbox, making sprites larger or smaller, putting small keys to specific doors without telling the player which one, randomizing if a key will even work or a chest will open each time the room is entered (Seriously, why?), having to find medium keys to open small chests (those are held by randomized dungeon or Dark World enemies or stuck under bushes/pots/rocks - "This is the Medium Key to Palace of Darkness Dark Maze North Chest"), scrambling the NPC triggers so you don't know which one is actually Sahasrahla or the item-giving ones or the paranoid ladies... or adding in mandatory Big Key doors to Swamp/Skull/Ice.

I've played a few of these april fools rando seeds... sometimes the items will start jumping, or the bush crabs will fire out their items at high speed, it's funny
I thought I was going crazy when I saw him reset after Spiral cave. I kept saying, "What about Paradox?" but chat didn't bring it up at all. How the hell do you forget Paradox?

The hissing at the start of the dungeon music was just the right volume and timbre that at first I thought it was Andy going "pssssst pf-pft pft pft psst psst pssssssst" in time with the music
I love that even with the random screeching this has become one of my go-to comfort videos 😌 so good
That Ganon battle theme was amazing. You couldn't have crafted a more epic battle theme. Leitmotifs from all across the game coming together, transitioning from one to the next, as if to say "This is it. This is the culmination of your adventure!" It was worth watching this whole video through just for that!
@1:44:56 I think that Mystery Entity was those worms from the Misery Mire Swamp.
Also, Moldorm Smiths was an awesome idea.
Those titles having homing was pretty nasty.
And I think I liked the whole having enemies as part of the drop tables, that should be an option for the future I think.
Also, could someone make a custom enemy that is a small magic meter which hops around next year that depletes as it takes damage?

This was great! There are still a couple more trolls that I'm expecting to see:
1) Ganon sprite replaced with magic meter
2) Blue armor doubles damage taken, red armor Quadruples it
3) Half Magic doubles magic
That was the most fitting place I've ever seen Thieves Town Big Key located.
I really hope you do at least a few more of these for a full experience. My seed had some very different results including some MUCH different dungeon layouts. Your POD and Ice Palace had almost no changes at all while mine were changed a ton. Super fast Beamos were not fun at all!! I'd also recommend trying it on Enemizer for even more increased difficulty and shenanigans. Especially so you can see what happens when you bring a fish to the bottle vendor!
Hyrule Castle soundtrack is truly a work of art.
The first thing I think of with the dialogue translation is the robot A.I. who was subjected to all the Batman movies, then wrote a hilarious script. It has me wonder if someone could do a fully voiced over LP of all the Zelda games, then have the same A.I. write a Zelda script.

Maybe putting enemies in enemy's drop packs, so all enemies sometimes drop another enemy.
Would need to be an option of course, but i'd love it, haha.
The extra randomized stuff like whirlpools and such are funny, too.

This has demonstrated why we need skilled translators, if not localizers. But those localizers still need to, you know, not completely change things to fit their own sensibilities. They're in a position of trust, after all, and to change what the art says to match what they want it to say is a gross breach of that trust.

imagine a seed where it gives ganon tower access but need 7 crystals to kill ganon, inside gt is all the boss keys, so you have to hunt for gt boss key elsewhere

best april fools mod.......mirrored world........with item randomizer of course.
instead of the village on the left you now have to go right. dungeons are mirrored. caves to. even the items menu is mirrored.
only thing thats not mirrored is the controls. the map is hard enough. dont need left is right and right is left buttons messing with you.
Should have inverted the options during the game over menu. Save and Continue being on the bottom, and Quit being on the top lol
