Teach him to 'STOP' ... after he's decided to RUN, and he's taken 2 steps towards the line of scrimmage ... ... That aggressive movement towards the line CAN open up Opportunities ... like the safeties 'Hesitating' because they've been told 'He's gonna run' after that 1st read fails ... ALSO, the linemen ... will 'reset' their stance, because they expect him to run (in desperation) after he fails to throw the ball ... ! I've seen Allen, Mahomes, Russell Wilson, and many other QB's ... do this ... and they've bought a new 'clock' for finding a receiver ~!
Just for the fact that he said the good Jones did was his decision making, Shea needs to be reevaluated and possibly fired. A QB who stares down receivers, throws into double/triple coverage and by the end of the game has the opposing defense feeling bad for him because he was telegraphing his throws is NOT making good decisions.

These coaches had nine months to prepare Daniel Jones for W1 (we haven’t had Giants football since December 2003) and this is the product? He has not thrown a touchdown pass in over a year - this is abysmal for a starting QB in the NFL.
I just say this as a fan that wants the Giants to finally reverse a decade of failure…but is this guy an intern or something? Sounds absolutely clueless - what is an nfl qb going to learn from him honestly?
