    Tama po kayo hindi yan para sa lahat.ginawa ko yan dati.pumayat nmn tgla ako pero dko alam bt tumaas sugar ko dyan.nagalit pa nga dr.ko bt ko ginawa yan.dati kasi walang 100 sugar ko.nong ginawa ko yan naging 200

    I started with intermittent fasting and now im on OMAD (one meal a day) so far lost 8kgs in 2 weeks...

      Try one day in a week or 1 full week re feed in you maintenance weight po after 4weeks of fasting.. kc po nag adopt ung body to lower you metabolic rate the longer you diet/fasting.

    IF is healthy and effective way of losing weight. Medical studies have proven that. Mali yung sinabi nung nainterview na nutritionist.

    Sakin oatmeal lang sa bfast at dinner with ulam sa lunch lang mag rice with moderation. 15kls nawala sakin within 3months. Hirap nang ganyan na method lalo na pag mi work.

      ako criminology student ang ginamit kung method is 18:6 fasting 18 hours fasting at 6 hours anf feasting di nman mahirap sa una lang mahirap eh temporary lang naman mag aadjust rin katawan mo sa systema ng pattern na yan

    IF is actually healthy for your body. After some time and your body enters ketosis stage it will start repairing your internal
