41 year old man here. I definitely wouldn't mind crying. But I don't know how anymore and I can't even remember the last time I cried. Your videos have been a big help lately, so I wanted to thank you. Going through strange times. I seemed to not find my place in this world and I have always struggled with it. But I did find God which has been the best thing that ever happened to me. Life still feels strange but now with God, things look more hopeful.

To me being able to cry was the best gift I gave myself to heal from childhood trauma and abuse, I can relate to this

Danger of overdoing the emotions is called Self-pity. Just as joy can become arrogant joking, harassment.
It is the middle path Jesus is talking about. Learning the balance.
    God bless you.

I shed tears all the time, I try to live in my subtle energy rather than allowing them to build.
Expressing our true emotion is a blessing and feels amazing.

I recall the first time I heard Rabbi Jacobson say that when a person suddenly cries for no apparent reason it means their soul is crying out. That really caught my attention for some reason...and then I wanted to find out exactly what it was that was troubling me. I think I found out. Knowing, or at least having some idea, can save you a lot of time...and a lot of suffering.

I was once told God knows every tear we cry. I think he keeps them bottled in a jar until later.

My father died a few weeks ago. I was frightened of him all my life, nothing was ever good enough. Because of his bullying I had stroke. It's his funeral tomorrow and I have not had any inclination to cry. Just numbness.

During Covid, I was at a toxic company with boss that bullies. I didn't cry for 2 years. This year, I moved and cried about 20 times already. From the crying I healed a lot and next step is to learn to transcend the tears. Thank you Rabbi again!

How profound and beautiful the wisdom you shared with us about tears!!! Tears are the cry of the soul
for love and understanding, or the overwhelming gratitude when we experience love that is greater than
our sense of self, or the blessing of being forgiven, or sadness and joy that is born of loving memories,
or of union with the Divine Light of infinite love in the fullest measure of acceptance and peace. I wish
to experience the Divine nature of God's pure love and be reborn in it's Truth. I believe that is the rebirth
in the Spirit that Yeshua/Jesus came to reveal to us and bring us into the experience and healing power
    of that pure love.
I never realized the beauty and important role of tears until I listened to you. I really appreciate all that
you shared with us. You are such a beautiful caring and insightful person. Thank you so much for your
teaching videos May you be blessed. ❤

Thoughts about all these victims of narssist.
The life coaches have smiles on face, but a sadnest within.
It was something jacob dealt with his father inlaw.
These narssist focus is not on good for all.
I think their vison is self thru otheirs , ? Is this a spirit influencing them.
I try to avoid narssist but just like jacob , there are times when can ot always depart from them when you want.
