When this set was first announced I thought it was kind of a weird combination. A couple weeks later Bandai also released a set which included the Zero One Driver + Rising Hopper and the AIMS Shot Riser + Shooting Wolf which makes much more sense.
On the finisher you have to press the progrise key harder to have the whole sound

Crazy Dialga The Tara rise noise kind of sounds like terrorize which is a nice connection to the villains, since they’re terrorists. Robo terrorists.
