    The bead appears to be made from the center whorl of a conch shell. I have a couple of drilled pendants made of that material. Nice finds!

      Thanks my friend, if that's the case that would be very cool. I'm in cleburne cty arkansas. Very landlocked. It definitely looks like mussel shell or seashell.

      So, I recently bought 41 acres just north of Maynard that has a beautiful natural spring creek on it and I can hardly wait to start finding beautiful artifacts like these on my property! Really enjoyed the video! Subbed.@@thepeopledownriver9948

    Shell bead. Probably associates with a burial.

    Oh yeah, I’d call it a bead all day long.. luck dog! Haha Awesome find. Good looking frames in the background too! I hate the autofocus on the new phones.. not sure what you’re recording with, but I gave up recording with my iPhone 13 because that thing just would not stay focused! I record with my old iPhone 11 now. Much better video and pic quality in my opinion. Great video though man, thanks for sharing!

    Compare it to marine shell beads. I have one similar to this bead and its shell.

    Heck Yeah, that’s a killer find Dude, I thought it was bone at first, I would guess it was a bead, that red jasper bead is sweet too, nice points as well, I got chills when I seen that cottonmouth, one of my biggest fears is stepping on one of those guys when I’m miles back I’m the woods with no reception, I about have a few times, I had a water snake strike at me last year and I didn’t see it until itstruck and it barely missed me, it definitely made me pay more attention to my surroundings after that, great video Dude, Happy Easter, God Bless & GL&HH 🙏🏻🏹

    That "bead" looks like some kind of fossilized invertebrate. Possibly a tube worm or type of coral. I used to find small ones in creek banks in SE Texas as a kid.

    .Nice natural environment in your video friend. Those three pieces are very good. The pierced piece must have been from a necklace or bracelet. Good hunt. Blessings on your way.

    I wish I lived in Missouri cause you can't find arrowheads in the creeks in Indiana and the abundance amount of Sedalia's and Agatha basins. And Dalton's like you can in Missouri... I would love to before I pass away hunt and Missouri's creeks.. One of my dreams.... I don't know anybody in Missouri so I just can't go there and get into a Creek to get shot.

  • @zzzzzzzzzzaper

    Killer finds brother. That first point may be a Kings look that up. The bead is possible calcite from a cave formation soda straw. still could of been a bead. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍💤

    • @thepeopledownriver9948
      @thepeopledownriver9948  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks brother, might be a kings. Not sure about the material, but the hole is definitely drilled by man

    • @zzzzzzzzzzaper
      @zzzzzzzzzzaper ปีที่แล้ว

      @@thepeopledownriver9948 Yep even a soda straw would have to be drilled to look like that. It would have to be some sort of calcite or calcium to look like it does it would have to be an aweful big mussel for a bead that size might be a clam shell. import . Cool find anyway you look at it.
