Little details like that go a long way and can be the tipping point for potential customers

A reference post is a post where people who have done business with you can comment on the post and detail how the transaction went with you
This is important because the more positive reviews you get the more trustworthy you are
Do NOT fake refs, do not ask random people to comment that you’ve done good business if you didn’t, it wont work out and people that might leave those refs might be scammers and the you can be labeled as a scammer.

And then they will usually ask you for your email to be able to send you the money but the reason that they need your email is to send a fake email from the payment company like paypal, saying the sent you the money.
