@@londonends123 If I have him linked next to orange piccolo while on his team he cooks, I just beat stage 5 of the future saga red zone first try without using giant form or items and phy piccolo got the final attack and finished the fight.
Brings me back to when STR Goku and Vegeta were the best unit of the game, that scouter was so strong since it was turn 4 below 77% health, although that is horrible now, before either you didn't need to transform because full health, or you had an reset with the heal and scouter,

I'd actually prefer these types of videos as videos to revisit a unit rather than to wrap up the world tour. We've already seen what these new units can do during the world tour so I feel that these videos could serve as a refresher or a reminder on a unit that came out some time ago like Goku/Gohan or 7th anni units.
When you eventually end up doing the Raditz one. Make sure to start out in questmode and see him cook. Then go into the RZ Boujack fight

1:04:22 the GT Vegeta support doesn't really do that much, since SSJ3 Goku already has 492% ATK at the start of the turn, so you don't notice the 80% as much as usual. Remember Omega has more damage reduction than other bosses, so attacks seem weaker on him.

Nocap I just got back into Dokkan after atleast a year (the last unit to drop when I was actively playing was AGL Captain Ginyu) and always watched DT’s videos and always believed in 3 dodge. Now I’m coming back watching his videos his units are FULL dodge. At first I was like what is bro yapping about with these dodges😂 then I keep watching and he’s really right about that shit

MONSTER HOT TAKE INCOMING: sword of hope trunks is the hardest fight in the game, over fusion zamasu (at least for no item runs)
also ssj4 goku is STILL a beast even in fights like the 2023 wwdc fights that hes not designed well for
I've been using him against Fusion Zamasu and I have no clue how some people believe he's fallen off in any way whatsoever at all. He dominates that fight without even the slightest issue. I have to force him out of slot 1 for him to even take damage at all.
I think the only reason people sleep on him is bc he doesn't have AOEs. But him and Fusion Zamasu are probably tied for the hardest fights turn one; and after Trunks goes into SOH, he's easily the hardest fight in the game.
Trunks is hard as shit and doesn’t get talked about anywhere near enough but zamasu is definitely a league above and admittedly my global player ass has not fought omega yet either

I really never care too much about these things… but having the *newest* summonable unit in the game beside God Goku and the Super Saiyan Trio his animations really just aren’t up to par.
Like I don’t even mean the active skill. He has no intro and his super attack looks 2020-2021 level.
I'm with you brother. I'm not into the specifics of the game with the link levels, and small nuisances like you are, but man, not being able to select which group of orbs still boggles my mind. Like you are supposed to be a master strategist, but you're not allowed to be the master of which skill orbs / orb paths you are allowed to take. People will bitch and say oh that makes it too easy. I say bullshit to that. Some of these runs you can't get off the first rotation because you're dead right away. At least let me pick my orb paths.

But STR VB (even if he can be ATK lowered) hits harder at over 1.8M and TEQ Zamasu hits for a clean 2.1M from the very same event

Sorry to say, but 50:26 cements the issue with your Goku build. He should have max attack equips and the rest dodge. You would have blitzed syn faster with the more powerful dragon fist.
You should just do all the old world tour fights including cell max , also take on fusion zamazu/dismal bosses at the end . Shit take them on some battle roads for the fuck of it

I feel like waiting AT LEAST 6 months after a character releases is the best for this type of video, or maybe when you are getting a lot of flack or overrating/underrating a character after the initial world tour. This video doesnt really do anything different from ssj3s already existing world tour, and just stands as a longer vid for ppl to watch bc they like truth. this is just my 2 cents, keep up the good work 🙌 (optionally you could just do another one later on to see how they age or if ur opinion has changed with new fights/releases)

Units such as LR AGL SSB Goku & SSB Vegeta, LR TEQ CMZ, DFE PHY Godku, LR AGL Golden Frieza, New Years Hirudegarn, and in some cases, this Dragon Fist Goku, will age or have aged extremely well since they can hold out such a dangerous position with ease. Eventually, older units will struggle with the inevitable power creep that will likely caused by the later stages of Second Movie Red Zone, or a new difficult stage brought upon by the 9th Anniversary, and that’s when these characters can thrive.
We’ve already began to notice this issue with characters that need to build up defense via receiving hits, like TEQ 23rd WT Goku, and LR INT Vegeta & Trunks taking ~90k+ DMG from their first normal by STR Goku Black, and LR INT SSJ4 Goku taking 470k+ DMG by INT Merged Zamasu’s SA in the Dismal Future Red Zone (All of them are 100%, Turn One, pre-Super, and SSJ4 already received a hit). For most units who gain their defense post-Super, Slot One is basically a death sentence! I’m so glad they made this Dragon Fist Goku and Hirudegarn SO DAMN BUSTED, and although they can get caught lacking, dodge tends to be the most viable defensive option in upcoming newer fights. This Goku’s dodge is not to be underestimated, and only reassures the value of dodge and nullifications!
(Either that or you have 80% Damage Reduction lmaooo)
