One of them is clearly the best of the 3; in fact, it sounds better than some of your $30k; it voiced well on every string. One was weak in the lower register, and another was weak on the high register.
If you want to demonstrate a violin sound, you need to play a piece which has sustained notes and play through the complete register, from low G up through the strings ending on the E string with some high notes and from quiet to loud, with small vibrato and a strong vibrato. As pleasant as the Bach piece was, it gives absolutely no indication of the sound potential of any of your violins.

How can you tell? The piece played was sort of all in the mid range, not much on low G and neither on high E at all
