Yeah the eye make up is missing and a bit of a fail on their part. Equally two head sculpts would have been off the charts, cost wise 😮 great looking figure though, may try and pick this up. 😊
Yeah I guess it would look odd to have eye make up when displaying without the mask and like you say would then require two sculpts! Two Artisan sculpts in the same box, I can't even imagine the cost! 😅 Thanks for watching 🙌🏻
It does look like the actor but yiu dont see his face in the film ? He was tommy lee in the bad pam and tommy series...lovin the silver arm pretty spot on ...
Yes it could be amazing. So long as Disney hired some decent writers for a change! Think it's almost becoming a franchise that actors won't touch as its a bit of a career destroyer!
Prob will get him, but a bit disapointed no black eye makeup! I have the original and it looks great, so may keep both as I did with Bane for different variations!
Yeah that may be cos the eye make up would look odd when he's not wearing the mask, and then they'd have to give us 2 artisan headsculpts in the same set! 😲
At last my sleepless nights are over; they're coming out with a new Winter Soldier. 🤣🤣 Just kidding. I'm sure there are some Sebastian Stan fans out there. It looks aces, but I wonder about the long term viability of the rooted hair. Is keeping it groomed an issue?
🤣 I'm detecting a hint of sarcasm there 😅 Interesting point about the rooted hair, who knows how it will look in a few years time! I'm hoping my Joker will remain good as new cos I'm not messing with the hair at all, it still looks perfect from straight out of the box, and its protected in a cabinet away from moisture and nasty UV rays! I will do a "rooted hair check-in" vid in two years 😃
Another "whose that?" sculpt which defeats the purpose of buying high end figs to begin with. Its pretty obvious that HT loss of their major sculptors is hitting their quality in the face literally.
Ooh that's interesting! I always thought the sculptors were all commissioned? I didn't think they had salaried in-house sculptors. But maybe I'm totally wrong, especially nowadays given how much product Hot Toys put out. Thanks for checking out the vid! 🙌🏻
Really? Wow, I find that interesting - seems to be another figure where some people really see the likeness and some just don't! Ooh you got Jack Sparrow?? Nice !! Looks incredible from what I've seen. You got the rooted or sculpted?
Saying this head sculpt looks like an actual human being is about the lowest bar you can aim for. Why do a video of a character you’re not familiar with, played by an actor you haven’t followed, from a series you do not collect? What value does this provide to MCU collectors?
@@chris-tanks it’s a great sculpt, I’ve seen the film, I know who the actor is. I have collected Marvel but not at the moment. I hope these credentials are enough for you to allow me to do a video on my own channel about products from a manufacturer I collect a lot of 😅 Thanks for watching and commenting 🙌🏻
Insanity 😮🎉
Looks great doesn't it!! 😲😃🙌🏻
I will likely collect all the Artisans. Looks awesome.
Thats a great idea! I was tempted to do the same but I can't afford it ngl 😅
Wow what a figure!!!!
Thanks for watching!! 🙌🏻
What a figure wow
It looks great doesn't it!
I think it looks spot on myself and I hope to be lucky enough to snag one. Ace sculpt and ace video, Chris - thank you as always
Nice one John!! Good luck I hope you manage to grab one!! 🙌🏻
Artisan Bucky!
Yeah!! 😃🙌🏻
The half mask look where you can stlll see the eyes is the most menacing in my opinion.
Yeah it looks really cool! Think thats most accurate to the film as well 🙌🏻
Looks great! This what they should of done with John wick!
Yeah that would have been great! 👊🏻

Wow does he have the mask on the whole time? I really need to rewatch the film tbh, just have vague memories of it 😅 Yeah the arm looks great!
Mark Hamill actually gave his blessing for him to play Luke, think it would be interesting to see another actor's take on such a beloved character!
Yes it could be amazing. So long as Disney hired some decent writers for a change! Think it's almost becoming a franchise that actors won't touch as its a bit of a career destroyer!
To me the best look is the mask on with the eyes exposed holding the dirty sheild with proper lighting will be Amazing 👏 🤩
Yes that will so impressive in the collection!! 🙌🏻
Woooow, I was just trying to cut back on Hot toys lmaooo nopeeee….now I gotta sell my old one lol

Hot Toys lost their sculptors? Is there any backstory behind this?

To be honest, I don't think this looks anything like him. I've got the Captain Jack coming soon hopefully.

Sorry giving this a big miss Artisan wasted.
They will definitely be doing more Artisan figures so probably won't be too long til they announce something more to our liking!! 😃🙌🏻
