My grandmother pinched the top 6 inches off her tomato plants when they got to 3 feet tall. The plant panics and makes itself more resistant to bugs and doubles its production to guarantee survival of the species. This works with green beans, too. Probably lots of plants react to being eaten in this same way.
I'm so excited for you, Michelle and James, too, and we get to go along for the wonderful ride. So looking forward to seeing all your dreams coming together.
Your work is cut out for you … I admire the energy you have to plant 🌱 your green house no dig garden and now the geothermal… plus your chickens .. and your newest helper Neddy .., he’s so inquisitive… needs to know everything you’re doing 😂 … I’m sure your gardening year will be successful 🎉🎉
Tulips and Daffodil are about 5-6” out of the ground here in Denver Colorado! And this has me itching to get out and dig in the dirt….but it’s a little too early. Watching your video has inspired me to start going thru my seeds to see what I want to grow this year 🌱 and I’m looking forward to watching your progress videos on your beautiful garden spaces! Cheers to you 😁
I’m itching to be in the dirt too! For now my hands are at least in some soil and planning for my big gardens! Happy planting and thanks for watching 🌱
Lovely ❤should like to do the same…..but one who will eat all this vegetables 😊and two it is for months so hot here that it is almost impossible to have your own garden 😅.
Hello! I recently did a video about what I feed my chickens 🐓 Here is the link: th-cam.com/video/xffZeW2WwPA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=koq0zWNN1p81GsLH Feel free to message me if you have any other questions.
Good that you are growing your own lettuce. I heard that they are adding human DNA into the modified lettuces for retail sales. As far as I am aware that is the only plant mentioned that I have heard about. Are you planting any catnip for your helpful buddy?
