Arnold Schwarzenegger is born in 1947... He became in 1967, Mr Europe in culturism. He arrived in the USA in 1968 at 21yo. Sure that he was actor in 80's version of the Running man but this movie of 1963 has great actors and certainly not Arnold !
So Much better this 1963 film than the 1987 reboot with Arnie whose acting was (is) wooden so while appropriate for emotion free robots with broad Austrian accents, he wasn’t much cop at real acting in movies with depth.
This posting is indeed of the 1963 film The Running Man, though it's nonsense to goofily advertise Arnold Schwartzeneger, Yaphet Kotto and other actors who are NOT in the 1963 cast. They were casted 25 years later in another film with the same title.
The description doesn't mention Stephen King or Richard Bachman, so there's no lie here. It is indeed the 1963 movie The Running Man. Different story, same title, that's all.

The description is a lie. Richard Bachman, aka Stephen King, didn't write his book until 1982
People uploading don’t pay attention to more than one movie having the same/similar title clearly.
