Thank you very much for this video. We have a manual cmm with cosmos software. I am trying to do true position on two circle in a part. Have done a video on how to do true position with mcosmos? I really would appreciate it if you can give an idea on how to do true position
@luisdanielcuevas5672 came to the comments to make the same points, it's not just the number of points but their position, the surfaces could be concave or convex and this would not be detected using only the corners.
Have you ever programmed without the manual inputs? If so, do you find manual easier? If so if so, is it easier enough to justify the cost? Right now I’m just programming and using offline mode and CAT1000 to prove it out.
i watched the video with interest in the software, thank you for that. now, with all do respect, that is not GD&T; to comply with the norm you need to put a lot more points in each plane so you can capture the entire surface, 4 points won't do.
I still haven’t figured all of CAD model driving and operating out yet. I’m afraid to say yes or no. Hopefully someone smarter than me can get the correct answer and post it here.
if anyone knows. please comment. how to measure position of two slots with MMC ON CYLINDRICAL PART. DRF A(plane) and B(od axes) (no clocking datum)....programming from part(no cad model)... thanks:)))
Can anyone help with this? I’d like to know myself. I think y’all viewers have about reached the end of my knowledge. Now it’s time to help each other out with more learning. Me included!
Your videos are helpful. I have recently got a job as a qa tech and the company uses mitutoyo cmm. These videos have been really helpful. thank you
Where are you located? I can provide more training for you. I work for mitutoyo

Obrigado pelo vídeo, Parabens!
Thank you for this !
Just ask if theres effect on measuremnt accuracy if the TP20 Module need to replace? Always error Collision, cannot retract good.tnx

How to scan any parts with dimension with memory recall options
After very long time
hi Todd.. could you please confirm. Profile callout can be measured only in CAT 1000PS Programming? when CAD model is loaded, right?

great content!
Please help in profile scanning
I am so happy
