SO awesome you made this video. I had melasma REALLY badly until I had my son. I hated my skin, it looked dirty all the time. I too found a way to cover it but it took a while. Which products do you use to conceal melasma? Also, which skin type do you have? I developed pretty bad melasma after taking birth control and I've been off it for years, but the melasma has remained. I also have very dry skin and some fine lines, so it's a struggle to find products that conceal everything, but don't look heavy and caky.
I just healed from my third skin infection on my face ( impetigo ) and it's left such bad hyper pigmentation / some scars and it's so hard to cover up ! One of my biggest insecurities because it's on one side of my face. Thank you SO much for this video ❤️❤️

I have melasma on my face so this video really helped me out. I use the Lancome corrector in the red shade which covers my spots but I would then add full coverage foundation all over my face. I didn't realize that I should use concealer after the corrector....I am trying this out tomorrow morning first thing. It's really nice to have someone post a video like this so thank you it really helped me today....

I need some advice. You self tan a lot and I have just recently started self tanning as well. My family constantly tells me that it looks dumb and that I should just accept being pale. I recognized their opinions and told them that although I respect how they feel I would like in return for them to respect my decision to continue self tanning because it makes me feel beautiful and that I only do it for me, not anyone else in this world. They still constantly ask me to stop and don't try to respect my choice even though I have said multiple times that everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'm not trying to make them agree with it, just respect it. I cannot tell you how thankful I am that you posted this video. I have been struggling with melasma for the past few months, and unfortunately it happens to be on my upper lip. It has been AWFUL to say the least. I kept trying to put green on it to color correct. I will be trying this tonight!

Orange corrector is the story of my life 😫 the problem is that I have a mask of Melasma , so I have to apply everywhere. I wish I could just use straight foundation. I love La girl orange corrector and like you I conceal over the orange, but I found It Cosmetics bye bye corrector in the color Rich is a one step for me 👍🏽

Brown is a variation of orange so it def does NOT cancel out brown spots.. for that you need a blue or purple color.. look at a color wheel..

What about white spots on your face? No matter how much foundation or concealer I put on the white spots on my face show through my foundation.
