I remember reading the Peter David issues of The Hulk when they first came out. His take on The Hulk was unique, entertaining, and most enjoyable. Growing up with The Hulk stories of the ‘60s I found the Mr. Fix-it story line to be fantastic. I’m really looking forward to getting this omnibus.
You could say that this omnibus is...incredible. How many volumes do we think will be needed to collect the entire run? This release also gives me hope that, one day, we'll see Peter David's Spiderman 2099 run collected in omnibus format too!

this video totally caught me off guard lol. But a welcomed surprise nonetheless. Always loved Hulk as a character ever since I read the Stan Lee stuff because of how misunderstood he was and how you feel sympathy for this guy who just wants to be left alone and how you feel worried and sad over a character who's basically one of, if not, the strongest character ever and that was the genius of it all and then when I read the Peter David stuff it it explored new and interesting ground for the character. Love how it dives deep into Banner's psyche and fleshes out his relationship with the other guy. I especially love that Sam Kieth story at the end among many many other storylines found in this book and later in the run.
Great video Omar, brings back memories, this will sell out quickly! I hope the sales success of this omnibus will cause Marvel to reprint Lee and Kirby's Incredible Hulk Vol. 1 it has been more than a decade since it was last in print.
It actually looks like a decent size, not too big, not too small either, just the right size and the spine looks really healthy and strong. Will be my first Omni purchase thank you for the review!
They are doing a reprint for this Omnibus again a second Printing in January 25 next year. I can't wait to get this along with AMS volume 2. I am getting the second volume of Peter David run of the Incredible Hulk. I can't wait for the first volume next year.

Have that entire run in singles but seeing the art at that size makes me want to buy it again. I believe John Byrne may been the one to split Banner and Hulk. But the writing on this run is phenomenal . After they removed Peter David I quite buying.

Peter David is one of my favorite comic book writers of all-time but I've never read'ed his run on The Incredible Hulk but always heard good things about it. Will differently get the Omnibus when it comes out. I am also reading weekly The Immortal Hulk by Al Ewing digitally and in print which is also really good

Never really been a Hulk guy, but seeing how excited people are about the Peter David run made me order this omnibus! Is this a good jumping-on point? Anything essential one needs to know before reading? Great video as always!
I'm really digging that cover. I'm choosing not to get the McFarlane variant. My wife and I felt that the standard cover has a cooler look. Nothing against the variant, and I hope the person who loves it will get it. Budgeting this month, I'm planning on grabbing hulk in February. It's my way of dealing the delay of FFVII remake (supposed to come out two days before my birthday. But a month later is still not that bad)
Both of my elbows have been hurting for a good amount of time. The crazy thing is I swear it started a short time after I started getting omnibuses or omniboo. Looking forward to reading this book
Omar, have you heard Marvel just announced a new Hulk epic collection: Going Grey, which contains all the John Byrne and Al Milgrom stuff between Crossroads and this, so I am really excited for that and hope they will finally do the Bill Mantlo stuff in epic format.

With due respect to Al Milgrom his run on Hulk was a down time on the book. It needed someone to come on board and reinvigorate it. Along came Peter David who did just that, starting a classic 10 year run that remains one of the high water marks for the Hulk today. Can't wait for my copy to arrive to reread these stories.

Have a question, could you ask Marvel if they can in previews put in the real picture of the variant cover, because here in Poland if you don't make preorder the variant is hard to buy, in this omnibus there is a "little" difference between what was announced and what we saw when the book was published ;-) Regards
They usually have a preview of the DM variant by the time it hits the Previews pages. I am starting to ask if they can send me DM images and we can put them on our Social media sites if that helps.

Not really, he wraps up the final story arc from the previous writer and things are about to change for Hulk forever. It's that good.

It really depeneds on the book. Its the low stock that worries me.
