It’s actually against our religion to disown our kids, and we believe it’s contrary to our teachings to abandon a relationship with our kids if they leave or for most other reasons. Christ never abandoned anyone, so why would it be acceptable for us to do so? Family is one of the most important things in the world. I’m glad she and her mom and getting closer and learning to accept and love each other

My eyes got so used to the 'generic' aka USA version dresses. These dresses are soo beautiful and fairytale like. Brings back the magic honestly.

Weddings in the US are so backwards. I shared my dress on a forum and some girl (over a month later) got upset I had the same dress and wanted me to get a different dress for my wedding 3k miles away. Another time on those magical forums, a bride was asking the best way to serve pizza and everyone was jumping down her throat for being tacky. Literally two threads below another bride was being praised bc she got Chic Fil A. I also got a lot of backlash for saying there are literally 4 dress designs to choose from bc they're all the same

We believe we are all children of god and need to be supportive and kind to all people. It’s actually against our religion to disown our kids, because we believe it’s contrary to our teachings.

The winning dress is showing lots of booberage but in the most magical, tasteful way possible. Woodland nymph is exactly right.
Fact is, she's larger busted it wouldn't matter if she was totally covered up you'd still see a larger endowed lady coming at you but that 2nd dress was dropdead gorgeous on her yet didn't overpower in the bust even tho it was revealing. What I'd consider tastefully revealing. Everything about that dress flattered her natural womanly shape.

I've been watching a number of these in a row and while there are some where even when everyone else is loving the dress the mom still can't let go of her own.....whatever is going on, it's ones like these that make happy that there are ones that concern themselves more with the bride than their own agenda/ego/idea/living vicariously through daughter/hangup.

I’m still a member but I can tell you some Mormons are very self righteous and I stay away from those people. I follow faith my own way. I got labeled a Jack Mormon because I’m more Christian than Mormon lol 😂 I consider myself a Christian Spiritualist. I believe we are all connected through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Islam, Christianity, Mormonism, Catholicism and Judaism I believe are all somehow connected and have a piece of the puzzle. Not all of them are right because the gospel was scattered a long time ago but each of us has some truth. When I came out as a Christian Spiritualist my religious LDS family was furious but they basically accept me now so it’s all good 😊

Both dresses were gorgeous but the 2nd one was beautiful and unique, looked ethereal, like something Mother Nature would wear for her wedding.

For once, a dress that actually epitomises the word "Boho"! That second one (Willowby by Waters) was PERFECT for her! I'm obsessed with how ethereal she looked in it.
First dress beautiful, second dress stunning and looked like it was made for her. I was holding my breath waiting for her moms approval. Huge sigh of relief when she got it.
She looked like a fairy in the first one but in the second she looked like an elf queen! The cape is gorgeous and makes me kind of want to have a big wedding just to be able to wear a beautiful gown like hers!
