    Muito obrigado! Não é facil encontrar leituras como essa para iniciantes; além disso, a leitura é muito clara e o vocabulario adequado ao nivel.
    Minha única sugestão é que, embora la descrição de uma viagem pode ser boa pelo vocabulario, uma historia seria mais atraente. Que tenha um enredo, um problema para resolver, o aprendizado do protagonista, etc. Sua leitura com uma boa historia, seria incrível.

    Hiii🥺I am a beginner, I'm still learning the basic vocabulary but this is pretty understandable and it helps me with the pronunciation.
    My grandpa went to Brazil when he was younger, and I want to go once this pandemic stuff go away.
    I have a friend in Brazil and I really want to show her that I can at least learn the basics of her language 🥺

      Nice, being an Italian speaker probably an English speaker as well, learning Portuguese should be less difficult for you.

      If you're Italian, why not go to Portugal since it's closer to you? You'll be learning the correct Portuguese

    I have this exact book and it's a little too difficult for beginners, I would say this is a mid level tool book. It is very helpful if you are able to stay with it.

    This is a very good state to go too.
    The are a lot of beautiful places to go and to see. Like very good food, that can taste kind of india food in a very particularly Brazilian way.

      This history is talking about Jalapão one of the most beautiful place at tocantins state. But, next to Tocantins there's Maranhão state too, where you can find much more place to go and enjoy, like cachoeira do Itapecuru .

    This is a godsend! I just finished pimsleur in brazilian portuguese and now I am trying to learn through comprehensive input. Didn't think I would ever find it for free!

      Pimsleur is overrated. You can find heaps of great channels here on TH-cam

      @@burkhousehold8880 Brazilian talk and Speaking Brazilian language school are both good. I used to play video games on Steam and change the language to whatever language I was learning - don’t really have much time for games though anymore, but maybe you might be Interested in that too

    I enjoyed the even cadence. Most spoken language audios are geared to “normal” speed, and some of us new learners just can’t keep up right away.
    I’m aware of three fluidity of the spoken language, and to hear it so clearly articulated is a great help

    6:06 Why not ficamos lá ou passamos cinco días no destino ( we were there or spent 5 days at the destination ).
    Also an error in São as around 4:45

    I can read and write Portuguese but I can’t have long conversations. Ugh 🤦🏿‍♀️ what throws me off is the Brazilian people all have different accents depending where they are from abs the slangs are even different.

    I’ve been studying for 7 years now and visited Brazil 18 times but I still can’t converse or understand what people are saying and I have to translate everything into English to understand. I practice every day with my girlfriend who only speaks Portuguese and we’ve been doing that for over 4 years now. I have classes, read books and watch videos and movies. What can I do to learn and understand? Thanks

      I have been studying Portuguese for 9 years now and I’ve visited Brasil 18 times but I still can’t read or converse and I have to translate everything into English to understand. Portuguese words don’t mean anything to me until I translate them into English. I study and practice every day. I practice every day with my girlfriend who only speaks Portuguese and I can’t understand her after 6 years of practicing. I need to find a way to learn without translating everything.

      E uma forma diferente de fala do mesmo idioma, dependo do lugar do brasil o idioma tem algumas pequenas mudanças, exemplo: Eu moro em um lugar onde existe a palavra "UAI" que trazendo para o inglês tem o mesmo som que "WHY" ( porém a tradução não é a mesma ) essa expressão chamada "uai" não tem tradução.

    To have an acceptable Portuguese accent takes 10 years to leave in Brazil or Portugal or Angola.
