Ohio checking in 😎 We do No-Till or Minimum Till, Wheat, Corn, Soybeans, Alfalfa and still have the moldboard for such occasions. We have Humus dirt that moves in high winds and turned to No Till in 1976.
Hello brother. You are doing very hard work in farming. I'm watche every video. A lot ot aria farming and agriculture vehicle tractor harvester truck etc. You have used to his farming. The all instruments best working.
Hey, Conley! Love the video!!! The shots of our plow in action are really fun to watch! Looks like the plow is running great for you. If you’re only running 12”-16” deep, you might consider converting it to an 8 bottom, to give you an additional 20” or so of plowing width on each pass. We have a boom extension for the Innovator 716, to quickly convert it to an 8 bottom, without any permanent changes, so it can be switched back to 7 or 6 bottoms if you ever need to plow deeper. We even have the ability to modify the plow to add a NINTH bottom if you're really wanting to add width!
@@conleybanman For the relatively shallow depth you’re running, your 8370R is more than enough HP for 8 bottoms. If you’re planning to plow any deeper in other fields, it might be more of an issue, but it depends more on traction than HP. Looks like you’ve weighted that tractor down pretty well, so I don’t think you’d have any major traction issues running 8 bottoms.
Absolutely no drama from your tractor. No tire slippage noted. Looks like you are doing about 6 mph. Nice combo! The Fehr flipflop plow is very efficient. Nice.
Minimum till heads are exploding🤣🤣. You are doing a fine job of plowing. Switch plows are so much nicer than standard mold board plows. And all of your points about plowing are valid. It is a good method of residue and weed control.
Conley, I appreciate your excellet videos. Your JD would probably pull a few more bottoms on that plow but I don't know if they make them with more bottoms.
Hello brother I will have came to your farming one day . I will seen everyone farm and every instrument of agriculture. So i will come Your s farm and i would drive your tractor. So thanks you love❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this video
How come you plow with such little residue on the service? Does your ground just really hard or next crop not like the old cotton!? I farm in Wi so our soil is different, but if we have hardly no residue on the service we will just notill the crop in to save moisture!
On the highplains we call it a Shredder Many on Utube call it a brush hog. My dad bought a Servis shredder in 1951 at Lubbock. Servis became Rino. The plowing looks so even!
Like I said to reduce the amount of volunteer cotton and weeds. We are planting peanuts here this year and the only other way to kill volunteer cotton among peanuts is hoe hands
I love watching the big equipment.. growing up with old/small equipment it makes you realize just how tough it was... Good job brother!
Nice job. Watching this makes me feel like our future looks like it’s in good hands. Much respect to our farmers 🙌🏻 thanks for all you do.

It’s refreshing to seeing someone using a plow for a change. My dad used to plow the entire farm every year.
Destroys soil composition.
I just loved watching the view on the plough!! Awesome!! Good work!!
Plowing has all but disappeared in the Midwest. Thanks for the vid.
Yea I could see that. I’ve noticed plowing doesn’t work as good on darker soils
Yep, the Tatu plow is made in Brazil, they do a lot of tillage equipments, heavy disks and a lot more. It’s an great old brand down here
Nice job very level
Ok Conley.. I'm all subbed up buddy.... Thx for the great videos

Nice job - Back when I was an engineer at Deere, I had sketched up a very similar design. I always enjoy watching plows work.
That plough is a John Deere design.
The FEHRS was actually designed after the Tatu
Hi David.
What is the advantage of the square plow over a moldboard?
Watching the plow is oddly satisfying. I love to work the earth!
just found ur vids , im also into farming , im from austria ,, its so impressing how much ground u need to prepare ,great work !

How much extra horsepower is needed

Ah gotcha it almost sounds like we should try it
nice video, nice plow

Glad I found your channel! We grow cotton in Hockley and Lubbock county. We need some rain!!!!
Heeeey there’s more people near by that understand 😂

Love your videos 💕😍❤️

Oh I love it it’s so funny 😂😂
The soil is beautiful when turned over.
New subscriber really enjoyed the video
Great video Conley
It's plowing beautiful! And walking 5.9 mph. Great video.
How often do you use the plow? Not many guys do that in the Midwest anymore.
We cover around 2,000 acres a year give or take
The new Farm Simulator looks insane
The graphics are amazing
good video very interesting
I'm Indian farmer.... send lots of love to you from India
That's looking really good I wish I could come and help you guys with plowing
Conley, I appreciate your excellet videos.
Your JD would probably pull a few more bottoms on that plow but I don't know if they make them with more bottoms.
Yea they make an extension to make it an 8 or 9 bottom plow
Good looking truck you must have got that government check lol.
😂 I wish
Nice vid! Early starts are allways great

awesome
What are the wheel centers at on the 8370r?
We’re on 36” row spacing
First time i see a plow like this!how does it handle the hidden rocks?
Fairly well it has a nice tripping mechanism on it no sheer bolts required like the Johndeere plows
Is that a 975 or 995 your plowing with?
Plow does a nice job!!
I sure miss the red dirt, Until it starts blowing
Yea no kidding
I'm surprised that plow don't rip in half especially with all the drag being put on the turning pin
Yea I’m also surprised how that pin doesn’t break more often
That's a sweet ass tractor I would run that beautiful beast for free
How many acres do you farm? Nice equipment
All of them 😂
@@conleybanman
What is

Good luck plowing Conley
Where are you located?

Unmanned robots for agriculture

Nevermind lol after I wrote that you mentioned why you plow! Thanks for explaining!
Yea the peanuts don’t like previous cotton crop
Absolutely 😂👌🏼
@@conleybanman I find that interesting how you guys farm down south compared to us up north!!
Oh yea it’s super interesting
Gendach von Paraguay🇵🇾would be nice to hear you speak more texas german😂👍🏼
How many acres are you doing in 1 hour.
Cheers from Australia
About 7-8
What’s the width of cut?
12 feet
Sandy loam soil?
GOOD MORNING
but doresnt that reduce organic matter and cause trouble with rain and stuff?
Not as much as you’d think
Where do you farm?
Texas

Oh yea it’s definitely one of my favorite jobs on the farm
I'm the first one to watch for the first
Hello from South Africa...
I'm New to farming using some of the oldest equipment... Can you link me up to your weed control program...🙏🏼
Why in Europe we don t have a plug like this ????
the swivel pivotal plough is good in sandy soil. It is not suitable for heavier soils with a lot of plant debris to bury.
xdd
neden çapraz sürüm yapıyorsunuz?
Why would you go a foot deep if you're not breaking up grassland or something
Like I said to reduce the amount of volunteer cotton and weeds. We are planting peanuts here this year and the only other way to kill volunteer cotton among peanuts is hoe hands
Ja me sodo
why do you plow. why dont you no till ?
You have to plow if you want to plow peanuts
Nothing worse than seeing an American plough 🙈😡 greetings from Europe
But they work so good that I can’t complain
