    I’m curious, how do they actually profit from the sale if they don’t downgrade to a smaller condo?

      Its using the proceeds from selling EC to invest further. The moment u downgrade, gone case 😂

    Can I check, based on the monthly income of $12500, she will be able to get around 1.5m of loan?

      For age 40, $12500 basic income with no commitment can get up to $1.2mil loan to purchase $1.6mil property

      @@savvyericchiew Hi Eric, but you mentioned in the video that the wife will down pay 575k for a 2mil property. This means that the wife has to take a loan of around 1.4mil. Will bank approve 1.4mil loan based on her $12500 income?

      Budget of $1.4mil can’t get good new launch size. Best to have at least $1.55mil budget for 2b2b new launch 👍

      1.5million can get compact size 3 bedroom. Those 850sf to 900sf ones

    Hi Eric, another good review of MOP property from you. I have a doubt, you mentioned after they purchase two properties as you suggested, you said their property will appreciate 400 to 500k. But, they would also pay ABSD for the two properties which itself would be around 500k. How will they really see net increase in dollars?

      No ABSD. They buy 1 Resi in each name 👍
